Responsibilities
Prepare capital calls and distributions
Create and distribute notices and quarterly letters to investors alongside the IR team
Calculate management fees, waterfalls and carried interest
Prepare quarterly financial statements
Calculate performance metrics, including IRR
Assist with year end audit and tax prep
Cash and bank reconciliations
Ad hoc projects as assigned by CFO and IR team
Qualification
Required
3-8 years of experience in accounting in public accounting, private accounting or a fund administrator
Private Equity experience required
Preferred
CPA a plus
