Relationship Manager II- Direct Sourcing

Responsibilities
Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring all direct sourcing activities align with client requirements and account KPIs
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition intake, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation, to meet or exceed agreed service levels
Analyze and communicate current recruitment trends and market intelligence to hiring managers, acting as a strategic Talent Advisor to inform hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, client stakeholders, and internal teams. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve issues to prevent escalations
Partner with AGS Centers of Excellence (COEs) and shared services groups to address complex client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Identify, assess, and escalate risk or compliance issues related to recruitment activities. Ensure all processes adhere to relevant legislation and client policies
Anticipate potential roadblocks in the recruitment process and develop proactive solutions to optimize delivery and client satisfaction
Coach and mentor Direct Sourcing Delivery Teams and PMO teams, sharing best practices and supporting professional development
Utilize specialist market knowledge to build and maintain pre-qualified talent pools in collaboration with Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Managers
Monitor and analyze recruitment activity within assigned business areas to ensure accurate volume forecasting and strategic alignment with client goals
Develop and maintain client relationships to support the achievement of Direct Sourcing product objectives and ensure long-term partnership success
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR, preferably within a global organization
Demonstrated expertise in behavioral-based interviewing across diverse roles
Proven ability to interpret and implement Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Track record of managing multiple concurrent searches and stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Effective influencer with experience driving outcomes without direct authority
Experience designing and executing sourcing strategies and plans
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Skilled in writing client-focused communications, including emails and job descriptions
Capable of delivering presentations to client groups ranging from 1 to 15 participants
Preferred
Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline highly desirable
Bachelor's degree preferred
