Responsibilities
Manage project timelines and task tracking for the Fall 2026 center expansion, ensuring all workstreams stay on schedule to accelerate launch readiness
Conduct deep-dive audits of the briefing management system to clean historical data and standardize reporting, ensuring leadership has accurate metrics for strategic decision-making
Assist in the coordination of high-profile executive meetings, managing logistics and briefing materials to maintain a world-class customer experience during high-volume periods
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to organize complex tasks, manage timelines, and maintain attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professional presence required to document processes and interact with executive-level stakeholders
Preferred
Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva or PowerPoint) to help refresh executive-facing content and assets for the new facility launch
Hands-on experience with Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Monday.com) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer data and briefing workflows
