Record Keeping for Audit Controls
Invoice Credit & Rebills
Sales Tax Adjustments
Lockbox Payment Allocations
Cash/Credit Card/Check Payment Allocations
Customer Service
Performs Other Duties as Assigned or Required
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented w/a Strong Focus on Accuracy
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
Ability to Communicate with Customers regarding Billing Questions
Work well under Pressure and Deadlines
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Organized, Self-Motivated TEAM Player
Dependable Attendance
Availability to Work in Office 5 days/week
Preferred
NetSuite and Oracle experience preferred
