Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and validate observations, issues, lessons, and best practices (OIL-Bs)
Support AOWGs, Senior Leader WGs, and GOSC events
Manage and track lessons in JLLIS
Conduct trend and statistical analysis of lessons learned
Advise senior leaders on strategic-level observations
Support 4-star level engagements and briefings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of lessons learned or assessment experience
Experience with JLLIS and joint exercise environments
Strong analytical writing and facilitation skills
Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required
