Responsibilities
Lead medium to large-scale innovation projects that are strategic and align with the direction of RX Merchandising
Identify and deploy AI-driven insights and automation to enhance RX Merchandising decision-making, improve operational execution, and reduce manual effort across end-to-end workflows
Work with Product to develop the roadmap and lead strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth opportunities
Develop repeatable, systemic processes that minimize manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with our teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Manage responsibilities in the greater Serialization project, ensuring governance, compliance, and technology alignment
Supervise associates and vendor partners operating within our space, ensuring accountability and alignment to project goals
Identify and develop new opportunities within Serialization, leveraging data and insights to drive strategic growth for the business
Champion a culture of innovation, exploring new ways to expand the impact of Serialization and RX Merchandising
Qualification
Required
Project management skills, experience leading medium-to-large scale initiatives from conception to execution
1+ years of experience in process optimization, with a focus on automating workflows and minimizing manual interventions
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders
An innovation-focused approach, with a passion for exploring new ways to expand market opportunities within RX Merchandising
Experience leading teams and managing vendor relationships
