Internet Sales Consultant/BDC Team Lead
CreAdd is seeking a highly motivated and professional Internet Sales Consultant/BDC Team Lead to guide and inspire a high-performing sales department. The role involves managing internet leads, building relationships with customers, and supporting the sales team to drive results while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities
Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads with urgency and professionalism
Build strong relationships with online customers through consistent, effective communication
Provide transparent quotes on pricing, interest rates, and inventory availability
Guide customers through digital and in-person presentations of vehicle inventory
Receive and process online and manual credit applications
Maintain top-tier performance in CSI, average gross, and monthly units sold
Support and train BDC representatives and internet sales team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of Automotive BDC and Sales experience
Proven success in desking deals, customer engagement, and team leadership
Strong understanding of CRM systems, internet lead handling, and digital sales strategies
A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
High level of organization, initiative, and follow-through
Ability to coach, motivate, and lead a high-output sales team
Authorized to work in the United States
