Responsibilities
Lead the Workers’ Compensation department, ensuring strong case strategies and client service
Provide guidance on complex legal matters, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
Mentor and develop attorneys to maintain consistent, high-quality representation
Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations as needed
Conduct client educational webinars and address escalated client matters
Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture
Qualification
Required
JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Preferred
8–12 years of Workers' Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred)
