Responsibilities
Oversee execution of large-scale analytics, technology, and digital transformation programs
Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of client initiatives
Define and manage delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance mechanisms to maintain accountability and transparency
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks across workstreams
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders at the client organization
Partner with client leadership to shape strategic roadmaps and identify growth opportunities
Translate complex business challenges into actionable technology and analytics solutions
Build trusted advisory relationships through thought leadership, insight, and results
Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams of consultants, engineers, data scientists, and program managers
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Provide performance management, career development, and capability-building support for delivery teams
Collaborate with internal Multiscale.tech leadership to identify and drive opportunities for account expansion
Contribute to development of new offerings, methodologies, and best practices for delivery excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
5–10 years of experience in management consulting, technology delivery, or digital transformation
Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs for Fortune 500 or enterprise clients
Experience managing hybrid teams (onsite and remote) across business and technology domains
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with structured thinking and ability to pick up new concepts fast
Deep understanding of technology-driven business transformation
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans
Ability to work with India and US-based teams seamlessly
