Responsibilities

Responsible for underwriting each deal and overseeing the input and completion of the financial models by the analyst

Responsible for assisting in the formulation of a business plan

Present potential deals to executive management for review and approval

Assist in joint venture agreements

Support acquisitions financing and refinancing

Assist in negotiations and communications with sellers and brokers

Conduct market research to include lease and sales comps and competitive vacancies

Work with legal counsel on all aspects of the deal

Support the due diligence process

Develop and cultivate relationships in the real estate industry
