The Business Operations Analyst I will be responsible for maximizing resources and driving solutions through systems and automation, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders to collect, review, and analyze business metrics, processes and suggest enhancements, and solution design for process improvement

Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to optimize our operational effectiveness using business automation and process improvements. Assist ATM & Payment Operations management in the development of KPI’s where missing

Maintain a partner interest in establishing, guiding, and maintaining partners that are in our members’ best interest while maintaining the most efficient contracts

Utilize the EPMO and ASDM processes to create and manage projects and enhancement requests, assisting with requirements, test cases, providing status updates, implementation plans and document process improvements (including time and cost savings)

Interfaces and represents ATM & Payment Operations in a wide variety of internal and external groups. This position requires a high level of collaboration with business units, committees, projects, vendors, external specialists and other credit unions. Develops relationships for sharing information, learning new topics, solutions and aware of industry trends

Provide leadership, collaboration, and guidance to key stakeholders for the development and management of solutions and processes in the ATM and payments strategy units
