This role focuses on driving revenue through sales while providing an exceptional customer experience and includes structured technical training for future growth into diagnostic and repair responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Drive store revenue through confident quoting, upsells, and service recommendations
Deliver an exceptional front-of-house customer experience from intake to pickup
Accurately create, manage, and close work orders in POS
Educate customers on repair options, warranties, and protection plans
Support daily operations including check-ins, queue management, and EOD procedures
Maintain sales integrity — correct pricing, proper expectations, no shortcuts
Understand common device failures and repair workflows
Assist with basic diagnostics and triage
Support technicians during high-volume periods
Prepare for potential future growth into a hybrid or technical role

Technical experience is a plus — not required
