People Experience & Operations Manager

Aspen Standard Wealth is a rapidly growing national RIA platform focused on wealth management. They are seeking a People Experience & Operations Manager to establish HR operations and enhance the employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Run and improve onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience
Maintain clean, accurate employee data across all systems
Support payroll processes through coordinated inputs and basic audit checks
Manage leave, accommodation, and basic compliance workflows
Create clear, practical playbooks for core HR processes and integrate them into operational tools
Document HR and recruiting workflows to drive efficiency and consistency
Build and maintain essential HR documentation—checklists, templates, and intranet pages
Draft and standardize key HR policies to ensure clarity and alignment across firms
Set up simple People metrics (headcount, hires, exits) to support decision-making
Refresh and run the eNPS/pulse survey rhythm to provide actionable insights on employee engagement
