3+ years expTential Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in invoice processing and financial systems. This role will support the finance team in managing daily AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Process invoices using automated OCR-based systems to ensure timely and accurate payments
Match and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receipts
Upload templates and data into the AP system for batch processing
Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company guidelines
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
Identify and resolve discrepancies through analytical problem-solving
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Workday Financials preferred
Familiarity with Auditoria and AI-driven AP Help Desk software is a plus
