Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives across the health system

Organize and monitor process improvement efforts

Prepare and maintain documentation for surveys

Analyze and present quality data to leadership and committees

Facilitate peer review processes

Oversee chart reviews and audits

Supervise data abstraction activities

Contribute to patient safety and experience initiatives

Coordinate specialized programs, such as stroke care, including education, performance monitoring, and community outreach

Required

BSN required

Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of NH

Minimum of five years clinical experience in a Nursing role and three years experience in quality improvement efforts or similar
