They are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to manage their multifamily portfolio, optimize financial performance, and collaborate with the investment team throughout the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm's multifamily portfolio to achieve financial and operational goals
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with third-party vendors, including general contractors and lenders, as well as the firm's in-house property management teams
Analyze monthly property financials, identifying and implementing creative strategies to optimize net revenue, asset quality, and resident satisfaction
Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly performance reports to investors, managing communications via their institutional-grade reporting portal
Collaborate with the investment team on all aspects of the real estate process, from assisting with due diligence and acquisitions to supporting financings and dispositions

Required

3-7 years of prior experience in real estate asset management with a reputable principal investment firm is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
A professional temperament with a relentless drive for growth and process improvement
