Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring clear understanding throughout the legal process
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage case files
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings as necessary
Provide compassionate, client-focused legal counsel while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Qualification
Required
Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining close communication with the team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Sharepoint) and case management software
Preferred
Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred
