Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations, including reviewing medical history, lab work and patient goals
Manage ongoing patient interactions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
Perform in-office procedures such as IV drips, vitamin therapy and peptide therapy
Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment protocols focusing on hormone balance, weight management and metabolic health
Order, interpret, and evaluate lab results to inform treatment recommendations
Prescribe medications, peptides, or supplements as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
Collaborate effectively with staff and patients to ensure continuity of care and exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
0-2 years of clinical experience
Strong communication and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Comfortable using EMR systems and referencing current literature (e.g., PubMed)
Willingness to use social media for patient education and professional growth
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care
Preferred
Experience in functional health and wellness (hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, peptide therapy) is a plus
Knowledge or interest in hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical weight loss
