Responsibilities

Developing the sourcing strategy to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders
Analyzing category spend to achieve cost savings goals
Evaluating current and prospect new suppliers
Analyzing costing to gain best product value
Owning and leading supplier relationships that have significant impact to business segment success
Managing cross-functional project initiatives on behalf of department
Training, coaching, and development of category managers for Sourcing Skill methodologies

Qualification

Sourcing experienceSupply Chain experienceMicrosoft OfficeTrainingCoachingCross-functional project management

Required

Knowledge of and experience using Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email)

Preferred

2 years Supply Chain experience preferred
5-7 years of sourcing/purchasing experience preferred
4-year degree preferred
