Responsibilities

Serve as the senior Client Facing technical advisor across multiple client accounts
Provide architectural guidance, product direction, and long-term engineering strategy
Build high-trust relationships with CEOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and guide US and LATAM engineering teams through complex delivery challenges
Actively identify business-generating opportunities, including account expansion and new initiatives
Conduct engineering assessments, roadmap reviews, and delivery maturity evaluations
Support modernization, cloud transformation, platform scaling, data initiatives, and AI adoption
Assist the sales team as a Client Facing technical expert during proposals, scoping, and presentations
Ensure alignment, communication, and predictable delivery across all client engagements
Help shape internal engineering frameworks, tools, and best practices
