Responsibilities

Learn Niche inside and out by participating in Onboarding sessions and meeting cross-functional partners
Build strong foundational knowledge of the Niche Core products and Niche Engage
Shadow Partnership Executives in various segments to observe best practices related to communicating the Niche product offerings, and how to best position the products based on the customer needs and goals
Partner with Business Operations & Analytics to understand our campaign performance data and value narrative
Conduct sales demos pitching the Niche digital advertising enrollment products and NIche Engage products to K-12 institutions demonstrating effective product positioning and effective selling of the Niche solutions
Build and manage a strong pipeline within your assigned territory of K–12 institutions
Deepen product knowledge through ongoing advertising, enrollment, and communication-tool training
Become a trusted advisor to schools in your territory, demonstrating expertise in K–12 marketing, enrollment challenges, and emerging communication best practices
Consistently deliver monthly revenue targets by achieving contract volume goals and total contract value amounts
Leverage data and industry insights to tailor your message to each decision-maker
Serve as a subject-matter expert on digital marketing and parent communication strategy within your segment
Listen to customer feedback and recommend innovative solutions to management team related to possible improvements to product, pricing, packages, etc in order to better serve the assigned school segment
Achieve or exceed your annual new business bookings goal

Required

5+ years of successful full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS, digital media, or edtech environments
Proven, verifiable track record of quota achievement, with a history of exceeding goals; consistent top-10% performance is a strong plus
Exceptional virtual presentation and communication skills—able to clearly articulate value, teach insights, and tailor messaging to different stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment, balancing strong individual ownership with collaboration across teams
A fearless prospector—persistent, competitive, and confident driving next steps and asking for the business
Willingness to initiate outbound calls, leverage social platforms, and engage multi-threaded decision-makers across the K–12 ecosystem
Experience using Gong to improve call quality, refine messaging, manage opportunities within deal boards, and surface coaching insights
Working knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing counterparts to influence demand
Openness to adopting new technology, especially emerging AI sales tools, and the ability to learn and apply them quickly to improve productivity and performance
Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipeline, maintaining rigorous deal hygiene, forecasting accurately, and driving disciplined opportunity management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a business or education related field
Experience selling into K–12 institutions
Background in education technology, digital marketing, or enrollment solutions
Experience with consultative selling a plus
