Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Present and promote our recruiting services to HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate agreements and close new business
Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met

Required

Proven success in sales, business development, or account management
Self-motivated and able to work independently as a 1099 contractor
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills

Experience selling recruiting, staffing, HR, or B2B services preferred (not required)
