Holland & Hart is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to support commercial litigation and energy/environmental litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of top tier law firm experience in complex litigation matters and excellent legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Support commercial litigation and energy/environmental litigation matters

Possess a strong academic background

Practical law school experience (law review, law journal, moot court, or trial advocacy team)

Judicial clerkship experience

Invest 1800 hours on billable matters

75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work)

At least 25 hours dedicated to Community, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours

Engage in ways each person finds meaningful through various committees and firm activities
