Account Executive - Midmarket
Cloudcat Recruitment is seeking a Midmarket Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition for their SaaS products. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and achieving annual quotas by engaging with diverse stakeholders and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing midmarket accounts for SaaS products and platforms, focusing exclusively on cloud-native solutions
Consistently achieve or exceed annual ARR quotas of $550,000–$800,000 through a disciplined consultative sales approach
Manage and execute the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, software product demos, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract execution
Engage diverse economic buyers and technical stakeholders within target accounts, tailoring pitches to their business challenges and objectives
Structure and close deals typically ranging from $30,000 to $70,000 ARR, leveraging competitive intelligence and effective value-based selling
Utilize CRM and sales automation tools for accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting of progress against quota
Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and sales engineering teams to craft tailored solutions and facilitate high conversion rates
Provide clear market and customer feedback to drive SaaS product enhancements and ensure alignment with customer needs
Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and expand networks
Qualification
Required
Experience selling SaaS Products or Platforms
Experience selling to the Midmarket, with an average deal size of $30,000+ ARR and an annual quota of $550,000 ARR
Consistently achieve or exceed annual ARR quotas of $550,000–$800,000 through a disciplined consultative sales approach
Manage and execute the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, software product demos, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract execution
Engage diverse economic buyers and technical stakeholders within target accounts, tailoring pitches to their business challenges and objectives
