Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound inside sales calls
Follow up with warm leads and sales inquiries quickly and professionally
Conduct sales consultations via phone and video
Prepare accurate quotes and service estimates
Close sales and guide customers through the decision-making process
Manage opportunities and activities in a CRM system
Maintain a clean, organized sales pipeline
Collaborate daily with in-office Sales, Operations, and Client Success teams
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with closing sales and asking for the close
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Ability to work full-time, in-office in Lorton, VA
Preferred
Experience in inside sales, sales representative, sales consultant, or customer service roles
Experience in using CRM software
