Responsibilities
Assist in the analysis, development, and configuration of our existing software and systems that address business requirements and processes
Evaluating the interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of our systems
Establishing and documenting system parameters and formats
Ensuring hardware and software system compatibility
Coordinating and/or modifying system parameters
Revising our existing systems and testing functionality of those systems
Correcting deficiencies and producing more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in an information technology related field with at least 2 or more years of relevant experience
Prior experience with systems administration in Windows or Linux environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with others
Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
Proven organizational skills with an attention to detail
Preferred
2-5 years' experience implementing and supporting AWS and Azure Cloud Operations
2-5 years' Experience implementing and supporting VMware (VRealize, VRealize Operations, VRealize Automation)
2-5 years' Experience with IT Operations Monitoring Tools (PRTG, VROperations, Solarwinds)
Ability to Trouble shoot Network connectivity between Server Infrastructure
One of the following: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
