Responsibilities

Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive switchgear quotes and proposals

Review electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source pricing and technical data

Support the sales process by reviewing bids, tracking opportunities, and communicating with customers

Oversee switchgear projects from order entry through delivery and closeout

Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure schedules, budgets, and specifications are met

Manage project documentation, track milestones, and handle change orders

Serve as the main customer contact — providing regular updates, addressing issues, and ensuring satisfaction

Support customers with technical and logistical details as needed

Required

Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously

Proficient in using bid boards, Microsoft Office Suite, vendor quoting platforms, and ERP systems for estimating and project tracking
