Responsibilities

Lead advanced business analysis, process design, requirements gathering, cost and market analysis to drive clear, actionable product strategies and roadmaps
Own end-to-end product and project management—from developing product roadmaps and procurement documents (RFIs, RFPs, SOWs) to managing vendors, budgets, risks, and schedules across the full system development life cycle
Collaborate closely with business partners, technical teams, and UX designers, mentor staff, and provide high-level technical and strategic guidance on sensitive IT and product decisions

The SOQ is a narrative document that demonstrates how your training and experience qualify you for this role
This position plans and leads IT projects and product development, develops and manages product roadmaps, produces procurement documents (e.g., RFPs, RFIs, IFBs, SOWs), performs cost/market analysis, manages change control and quality reviews, prioritizes product backlogs, and communicates with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and external oversight bodies
