Responsibilities
Perform circuit engineering and develop installation and grooming specifications for network augments/migrations
Collaborate with Network Planning, RCAT, and Local Operations to execute non-impactful, successful migrations
Create circuit orders, initiate Kirke events, and update related engineering designs and diagrams
Ensure compliance with engineering, operational, planning, and financial standards
Manage and maintain network inventory databases, reflecting new builds, modifications, and decommissions
Qualification
Required
7 10 years of experience in telecom transport engineering
Hands-on experience with PC, TCOMS, BGW, COMS, SNM, and CCP for circuit engineering
Proven ability to submit RMODs for circuit verifications and manage KIRKE events
Familiarity with EASR, LEC order interfaces, Maintenance Tracker, and Canvas applications
Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate network records
Preferred
Understanding of network topology
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
