Responsibilities

Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and sales targets

Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify business opportunities

Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met

Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations

Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues or concerns promptly
