Establish and chair weekly monthly governance with client present service KPIs and improvement actions
Lead transition and stabilization finalize Day1 readiness plan and staffing mix bench external
Own SLAOLA achievement across towers intervene on chronic incidents and systemic problems
Enable ITSM hygiene backlog management aging control and audit readiness
Forecast and control effort productivity and RU track savings from automation and shift left
Adhere to ITIL processes Incident Request Change Problem and CIS governance
Maintain documentation quality runbooks SOPs KEDB and diagrams
Drive automation and reporting promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
