Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring processes by planning, initiating, and executing the full recruitment workflow
Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone and in-person or video conferencing
Drive proactive sourcing with strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging professional networks, events, and referrals, while building and nurturing long-term talent communities
Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize recruitment processes
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address hiring needs
Foster a team-wide commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of experience as a recruiter in a hi-tech company, leading end-to-end recruitment processes for GTM roles
Ability to manage a high volume of open positions efficiently
Proven experience owning US employment and hiring compliance across states, while building and maintaining fair, consistent people processes
Proven expertise in sourcing candidates — a must
Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
A true team player who thrives in collaborative environments
Excellent communication skills when working with candidates and hiring managers
Availability to work across all U.S. time zones
Authorized to work in the United States
