Responsibilities

Complete maintenance tasks across multiple properties within a central region

Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, systems, and building components

Diagnose and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building operations

Maintain and service property equipment such as HVAC systems, generators, landscaping tools, and more

Respond to emergencies (water leaks, power outages, etc.); participate in rotating on-call responsibilities

Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing make-ready tasks

Document maintenance activities, service requests, repairs, and parts used

Manage inventories of tools, supplies, and spare parts

Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests with onsite property teams

Promote and maintain a safe working environment while following all regulatory guidelines (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing)
