Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in identifying 1st & 3rd party fraud
Demonstrate effective communication with management, partners, and various LOBs
Assist with maintaining up to date procedures and training documents
Display time management and highly evolved writing skills
Link analysis of suspicious and confirmed fraud accounts
Work with partner LOB’s to mitigate additional Bank losses
Hosts business partners for informational overviews
Communicate trends and losses to management, team and various partners
Assist, train and mentors team members
Regularly presents fraud outcomes & trends with peers, partners, and leadership in a large group setting
Identify fraud losses and escalate to management as needed
Make recommendations to retain or terminate account relationship
Ability to complete ad hoc reports and managerial requests as assigned & with limited managerial oversight
A strong interest in learning new work processes and applying new skills to autonomously produce high quality work
Exercise resolution-driven communication skills, engaging effectively with customers, stakeholders, external partners and senior leaders
Deep fraud SME with the skills to leverage multiple tools, processes and strategic research to identify fraud new trends and escalate to management as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
At least 1 year of financial industry experience
At least 1 year of fraud or disputes experience
Preferred
At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience
At least 2 years of fraud or disputes experience
At least 1 year experience running SQL
