Sales Operations & Analytics BI Lead

They are seeking a Sales Operations & Analytics BI Lead to oversee the Sales Operations and Analytics function for North America, driving operational excellence and delivering insights to support commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve sales processes, incentives, and enablement programs across North America, ensuring strong SOPs, effective resource allocation, and scalable tools (e.g., Salesforce, samples, fleet)
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Commercial leaders to evaluate sales activities, support revenue growth, and deliver training on systems and dashboards
Own the strategy and execution of commercial data and BI capabilities, including POS data, master data standardization, data governance, and data integrity
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to design, build, and maintain accurate, relevant, and widely adopted BI reporting and analytics solutions
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, global team of analysts and managers, setting high standards for quality, accountability, and execution
Drive tools, systems, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring strong day-to-day operations, effective project management, and timely delivery under pressure

Required

Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, Sales, Data Management, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, and Team Leadership
Proficiency in Alteryx, PowerBI, Salesforce CRM systems, BI tools, SQL, Process mapping (e.g. Vizio) and sales automation tools
Strong project management skills with multitasking ability
Effective leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
People management and team leadership experience required
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Engaged with Sales Organizations

Preferred

Experience in Industrial and/or medical industries preferred
