Vineyard vines is seeking motivated college students for their Summer 2026 Internship Program in ECommerce. Interns will assist in daily operations, conduct user tests, analyze customer insights, and work on a group project to present findings to management.

Responsibilities

Design and run qualitative online user tests to understand shoppers’ experiences shopping on vineyardvines.com and competitor websites

Recap your test findings with detailed written reports supplemented with carefully chosen video clips

Design and interpret web-based customer and brand insight surveys to help vineyard vines to better understand who our customer is and discover opportunities to retain and grow the vineyard vines customer base

Use analytics and sales data to drive merchandising strategies on vineyardvines.com

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree

An interest in truly understanding what a shopper's website experience feels like, and how those feelings impact their decisions

A knack for creative questions that surface pain points in the user experience

Great communication and writing skills - you'll need to clearly communicate your findings and recommendations to our E-Commerce team so that we can be sure we're providing a great site experience for our customers

A love of vineyard vines product and an interest in using analytics to drive sales on our biggest shop (our website!)

All interns are expected to be on-site within commuting distance from Stamford, CT for the full 10 week program
