Responsibilities

The Project Manager provides support for operations, development and implementation of new and existing project work

The Senior Project Manager will work on projects for a wide range of audiences internal or external; have the ability to work independently and in a team environment; develop supporting documentation and briefing materials

The Senior Project Manager will present materials to the managers and staff as needed

Experience developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports

Oversee the development and delivery of all program deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards

Conduct project status and review meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

Required

You must be capable of passing a background investigation and be a U.S. Citizen

Federal and IT consulting experience required

Ten (10) or more years of experience working in project management including leading project teams through all phases of the Agile based project management life cycle

Five (5) or more years of progressive technical and/or managerial experience in application development, implementing IT solutions, recommending technical IT solutions and/or IT security

Five (5) or more years of experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics

One (1) or more current certification(s) demonstrating knowledge and expertise in project management fundamentals such as PMP, CAPM, CSSBB, CSSGB, CSM, CISM

Experience managing project that use - Copilot, AI, ML, NLP, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, Canvas), SharePoint, Salesforce, python, javascript, Typescript, GitHub and custom IT projects

Experience developing and presenting IT solutions and recommending technical solution to clients

Experience with ServiceNow, 508 compliance, automated testing

Experience managing IT security project at part of IT project delivery

Experience developing presentations and presenting project status to executive management teams

Experience leading project teams of five (10) or more people working on IT projects

Advanced project management skills including developing project plans and successfully leading project teams from initiation through completion

Advanced skills in Microsoft applications including Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to communicate proficiently both orally and in writing to executive level audiences

Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting

Experience with issue tracking
