Senior Regional Director, Long Island, NY - NSR

BBYO is a dynamic organization focused on inspiring teens and fostering leadership. The Senior Regional Director will mentor teens, manage programs and budgets, and lead fundraising efforts to create impactful experiences for Jewish teens in the Long Island area.

Responsibilities

Manage broad-based fundraising efforts and relationship building
Manage and train volunteers
Manage a member recruitment process that expands the pipeline of prospects, aligns stakeholders, and prepares teens to invite other teens to join BBYO
Coordinate and execute large scale regional conventions and community-wide events
Seek out and develop relationships with parents, alumni and community partners to mobilize more people to grow BBYO, and drive metrics
Participate in organizational projects, teams, and summer programs as assigned to expand the movement and strengthen teen leadership

Required

4-8 years of work experience
2+ years managing a team
A bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred

Preference for those with experience with youth or teens in an informal education setting
