Responsibilities
Write, edit, and revise high-quality technical documentation for internal and external use
Support large or complex documentation projects spanning multiple product lines or scientific areas
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory alignment across assigned documentation sets
Participate in project planning—contributing to strategy, timelines, and resource needs
Assess documentation risks and propose effective mitigation paths
Maintain organized records, version control, and documentation standards
Perform other tasks related to technical documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Life Sciences or related field preferred)
3–5 years of technical writing experience within Life Sciences
Graduate/PhD student with at least 1 year of medical/scientific technical writing experience
Relevant Experience with Medical Devices, or regulated Life Sciences environments
Experience writing User Manuals/Instructions for Use (IFU), Quick Reference/Start Guides (QRGs/QSGs) and/or Patient Education Materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with MadCap Flare and Adobe FrameMaker
Exceptional writing, grammar, formatting, and document-control skills
Preferred
Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones
