Enterprise Account Executive - Northeast - Seed Stage AI Security
Aspiron Search is hiring for a key position in their enterprise sales team, seeking an Enterprise Account Executive focused on AI Data Security. The role involves driving sales across large organizations in the Northeast, developing strategic plans, and educating customers on AI data security and governance.
Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle enterprise sales across large, complex organizations within the Northeast and Midwest territories
Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting CISOs , GRC , and Risk & Compliance leaders
Build and manage a strategic pipeline focused on securing AI data flows and governance in enterprise environments
Educate customers on emerging AI data security , governance , and risk management use cases
Collaborate closely with founders, product, and marketing to refine messaging, demos, and deal strategy
Engage with advisory partners and early design customers to expand visibility and accelerate adoption
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, ideally within data security, governance, or compliance
Proven success selling to CISOs, GRC, or Risk functions at large enterprise accounts
Experience operating in early-stage environments — self-sufficient, creative, and comfortable without a BDR or marketing engine
Ability to distill technical concepts into clear business value for both security and compliance stakeholders
Strong enterprise sales discipline: forecasting, multi-threading, and navigating complex buying cycles
