2+ years expTahoe Beach Club is seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk to join their Finance team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and managing daily revenue and payroll processing.

Responsibilities
Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure proper coding, approval, and documentation for all expenditures
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Generate and send invoices for club services and membership fees
Monitor membership accounts and aging reports, following up with members on overdue balances
Assist with payment plan arrangements and maintain accurate records of member accounts
Manage daily mail cash receipts and ensure proper recording
Prepare daily revenue reports and reconcile with POS systems and cash receipts
Process daily bank deposits accurately and in a timely manner
Process biweekly payroll in conjunction with the club’s PEO
Verify payroll data, including hours worked, adjustments, and benefits
Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with payroll-related inquiries
Maintain general ledger accounts related to AP, AR, and cash management
Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with financial reporting as required
Support the Finance team with ad hoc reports and audits
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, preferably in hospitality or private club settings
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with members, vendors and team members
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling financial information
Preferred
Experience with Jonas Club Software a plus
