They are seeking a Real Estate Ventures Analyst Intern to assist in analyzing, permitting, and executing brownfield redevelopments for various asset classes, while also conducting research and underwriting real estate investments.

Responsibilities
Underwriting of real estate investments in excel
Attend meetings (virtual and in-person) with architects, consultants, brokers, and local government officials in connection with
Conduct research projects to assist REV team and compile/present findings in a clear and concise manner
Analyzing, permitting, and executing on brownfield redevelopments for non-petroleum uses including industrial, residential, and other niche asset classes
Qualification
Required
Interest in commercial real estate and/or infrastructure investing
Strong organizational skills
Familiar with Excel
Strong communication skills
