This role involves advanced troubleshooting for commercial clients and requires a seasoned engineer with Managed Service Provider experience.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced onsite and remote technical support for commercial clients across multiple locations
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals
Support Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless)
Perform system upgrades, migrations, patching, and hardware refresh projects
Serve as an escalation point for Tier II/III issues and mentor junior field engineers
Document configurations, procedures, and resolutions in ticketing and documentation systems
Work closely with internal service desk, project teams, and account managers to ensure SLA compliance
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during onsite engagements
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, customer-facing technical professional experience
Experience delivering onsite IT support and infrastructure services
Advanced troubleshooting skills for commercial clients
Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and support multiple client sites
Experience with Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless)
Experience performing system upgrades, migrations, patching, and hardware refresh projects
Ability to serve as an escalation point for Tier II/III issues
Mentoring skills for junior field engineers
Documentation skills for configurations, procedures, and resolutions in ticketing and documentation systems
