They are seeking a Cybercrime Analyst to join their Technical Operations team, where the role involves identifying threats and protecting clients from online attacks through incident response and classification of threats.

Responsibilities
Cybercrime incident response – communicating analysis of cyber threats to relevant parties to mitigate attacks
Classification of malicious websites, social media profiles, apps, emails, and phone numbers
Providing clear and professional feedback to customers on incidents and classifications
Sharing your ideas on how to improve processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong intellectual and commercial curiosity
A positive and solution-focused approach
Interest in the internet and cybercrime prevention
Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written English
Ability to engage with people in a warm, helpful, and professional way
Self-motivation, ability to take initiative, and work as part of a team
Aptitude for analysing and using technical information
Competence in handling incoming phone calls
Preferred
Some experience in cybersecurity is useful but not essential as full training will be provided
A degree in a relevant area, such as Cyber Security, Computer Science or IT may be useful but isn't essential
