Performs administrative duties and coordinates work activities

Tracks of inventory or building management

Participates in the development and assists in the implementation of county specific procedures for day-to- day functioning, plans, organizes, checks or assists with work of other staff engaged in performing administrative duties

Schedules meetings or phone conferences

Compiles prepares and disseminates staff meeting minutes or other meetings as required

Interprets department policies or procedures for staff and general public

Uses Worker Portal Inquiry to assist clients

Scans documents into Knowledge Lake received at the front desk and in the mail

Completes time entry or serves as the backup for time entry runs error rate reports for time entry

Maintains current filing, logs or manuals as requested

Other duties as assigned
