Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily lab functions, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations
Manage calibration schedules, equipment upkeep, and quality control documentation
Support internal audits, maintain qualifications, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Supervise lab and field personnel, providing training and ensuring proper procedures
Coordinate with leadership to align resources with project timelines and technical needs
Oversee testing activities and ensure timely communication of results
Contribute to updates of procedures, safety protocols, and quality systems
Qualification
Required
Lead and oversee daily lab functions, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations

Support internal audits, maintain qualifications, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Supervise lab and field personnel, providing training and ensuring proper procedures

Preferred
Experience in construction or geotechnical materials testing
Familiarity with FDOT protocols and relevant certifications (ACI, CTQP) is advantageous
