Works directly with system analysts and programmers to write and edit program and system documentation, user manuals, training courses, and procedures

Conducts research about product by interviewing subject matter experts, reviewing existing documentation, and using the application

Authors end-user documentation

Edits documentation projects, including copy, pre-press and accuracy editing

Follows through on documentation project to completion, including client signoff, production and archival
