Responsibilities
Perform job site visits – pre-design field work, pre-construction, during construction and final inspection
Perform mechanical calculations, provide code research and design HVAC and plumbing systems
Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD
Work and collaborate with the entire design team of architects and engineers
Qualification
Required
Must have 5+ years in mechanical HVAC design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office suite
Preferred
EIT/PE preferred, but not required
Bachelors degree preferred
