Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering; or relevant technical degree and experience
Over 3 years of professional experience in mechanical (HVAC) building design
Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and HVAC load calculation/modeling software like Trane Trace or Carrier HAP
Strong passion for sustainability and innovation in design
Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid US driver's license and ability to access construction sites
Preferred
PE License preferred, or willingness to attain
Experience with Revit and LEED Accreditation are pluses
