Individual will be required to follow up on executed projects to ensure satisfactory approval of design documents and create outstanding customer value

This individual will allow client to increase its visibility to become the Building Automation Specifier of choice in the construction & service market place in our target territory

This individual will assist in the development of specifications on targeted projects to enhance the company’s probability of success through price and preference

This role requires the individual to develop and conduct seminars and lunch & learns to end-users, contractors and consulting firms to promote company products and solution sets

Maintains technical competence of company’s products, applications and services and professionally represents client in industry associations, professional organization and affiliations

Required

3+ years of experience in Outside Sales related to the HVAC, automated controls, or construction management industry

Computer experience required

Must have a successful record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas

Must be comfortable to identify and seek out business within new and existing clients

Must possess an outgoing personality, be able to present themselves and Automation Integrated in a professional and positive way

Must be technically proficient

Must work well in a team environment

Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing
